Background & History
Foundation Planning
With Taiwan's New Southbound Policy launch, bilateral trade intensified. Business leaders and government officials committed to India-Taiwan cooperation founded a professional business exchange platform.
Official Establishment
The India-Taiwan Business Cooperation Association was officially registered with headquarters in Taipei and branch offices in New Delhi, Mumbai, and Bengaluru.
Rapid Growth Phase
The association successfully hosted multiple annual summits, organized 50+ business missions and matchmaking events, and assisted 200+ Taiwanese firms establish operations in India.
Deepening Cooperation
Focus on supply chain integration in semiconductors, green energy, and electronics; Launch talent development programs; Play a larger role in policy advocacy.
Organization Structure
The association is led by a Board of Directors with four main departments: Policy Research, Investment Promotion, Cultural Exchange, and Talent Development, with regional offices in major Indian cities.
